Newest  Board of Director´s Chairman and Major Shareholder, Graduated with honors from the Master of Environmental Management and Ecotourism with emphasis in Management and Administration of Recreational Systems at the University of Costa Rica (UCR).

Marine Biologist graduated from the National University of Costa Rica (UNA), with 16 years of working experience in territorial tourism planning, design routes and tourist circuits, sustainable tourism products development, comparative analysis of the development of tourist destinations (Benchmarking), baseline designs, characterization of touristic systems, tourist territorial diagnosis and design of policies and strategies among others.

Experience in project management, and as consultant in the creation of multidisciplinary temas in order to attend tecnical assitance and accompaniment to several cooperation agencies as the Inter-American Development Bank / Multilateral Investment Fund (IDB / MIF), Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), The Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID), United Nations Program for Development (UNDP-CR and Panama), Swiss Cooperation Agency (SWISSCONTACT) and Netherlands Development Organization (SNV). Also with social economy organizations and other entities such as the Central American Association for Economy, Health and Environment (ACEPESA), Coordinating Association of Indigenous and Community Agro forestry in Central America (ACICAFOC), Foundation for Sustainable Development (FUNDECOOPERACION), Foundation Between Volcanoes (FEV), Friends of the Earth (ADT), ETEA Foundation, National Ecotourism Network Cooperative Consortium (COOPRENA RL), National Cooperative Development Institute (INFOCOOP), and the Organization for Tropical Studies (OTS), Costa Rica´s National Conservation Área System (SINAC) and Panama´s Protected Área National System (SINAP). Also with social economy organizations and other entities such as the Central American Association for Economy, Health and Environment (ACEPESA), Coordinating Association of Indigenous and Community Agro forestry in Central America (ACICAFOC), Foundation for Sustainable Development (FUNDECOOPERACION), Foundation Between Volcanoes (FEV), Friends of the Earth (ADT), ETEA Foundation, National Ecotourism Network Cooperative Consortium (COOPRENA RL), National Cooperative Development Institute (INFOCOOP), Indegenous Institute for Kuna Yala´s Development and the Organization for Tropical Studies (OTS).

Additionally, he has had experience with local government agencies and national tourism authorities such as Town Hall of San Juan de Nicaragua, Town Hall of El Castillo, Town Hall of San Carlos, Town Hall of San Miguelito, Town Hall of Tola, Town Hall of Belen, Town Hall of Altagracia, Town Hall of San Juan del Sur, The Nicaraguan Tourism Institute (INTUR), and the Costa Rica Tourism Institute (ICT).

Five years of experience with the tour operation, logistics and implementation of environmental education programs (Bio-Education OTS), University teaching experience, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses. Affiliated to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), member of the expert group in Tourism / Protected Areas and the World Commission on Protected Areas of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
